BoringOne.page is a personal link sharing platform that allows users to create customizable profile pages to share their links, social media profiles, and other content with their audience. The Service includes:

• Custom profile page creation and hosting
• Link management and organization
• Theme customization and personalization
• Analytics and insights (where available)
• Gallery and media features

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately if you discover any security breaches or unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Engage in spamming or fraudulent activities
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Share content that exploits minors
• Promote illegal activities or violence

5. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or share through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Content: The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BoringOne.page and its licensors.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Subscription Plans and Payments

7.1 Plan Types

BoringOne.page offers both Free and Pro subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited features including 3 AI image generations (lifetime), 3 AI assistant credits (lifetime), 1 bio enhancement (lifetime), up to 6 albums, 6 gallery images, and 50 email subscribers
• Pro Plan: $9.99/month or $99.99/year with enhanced features including 30 AI image generations per month, 50 AI assistant credits per month, 50 bio enhancements per month, unlimited albums and gallery images, unlimited email subscribers, and removal of BoringOne branding

7.2 Payment Terms

• All fees are in USD and charged through Stripe, our payment processor
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the same date each month
• Annual subscriptions renew automatically every 12 months
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all subscription fees
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

7.3 Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Pro plan credit limits (AI generations, assistant credits, bio enhancements) reset on your billing date each month
• Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next billing period
• You can view your usage and billing information in your account settings

7.4 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or Stripe Customer Portal
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused features
• Upon cancellation, you retain Pro features until the end of the paid period
• After your subscription ends, your account automatically reverts to Free plan limits

7.5 Failed Payments and Suspension

• If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times
• If all payment attempts fail, your subscription will be automatically cancelled
• You remain responsible for any outstanding charges incurred before cancellation
• Your account will revert to Free plan limits if payment cannot be processed

8. Third-Party Data and Content

If you use features that import or copy content from third-party platforms (such as Linktree, social networks, or other services), you confirm that you have the legal right and permission to use this content. BoringOne.page does not verify ownership of imported content and is not responsible for unauthorized use of third-party data.

Your profile may include links or embeds from third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, data handling, privacy practices, or policies of those external services. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you link to.

9. Copyright and DMCA Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws. If you believe that content on our Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to us.

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we may:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
• Notify the user who posted the content
• Terminate accounts of repeat infringers

10. AI and Automated Processing

Some features of the Service use artificial intelligence and machine learning models to generate layouts, styles, content suggestions, or recommendations based on your input. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated output may not always be accurate, complete, or error-free
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before publishing
• We do not use your personal data to train public AI models
• AI features are provided as tools to assist you, not as definitive solutions

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to delete your account.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, availability, or suitability for your particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BoringOne.page, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BoringOne.page operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
